For colder sleepers, wearing thermal underwear and down clothing is recommended for temperatures below +10°C (50°F).

The sleeping bag is available in two sizes: - Large: Length 78.7" x 33.8" (200cm x 86cm), Chest 67" (170cm), Hip 58" (148cm), Foot 46" (118cm). Recommended for adult males under 6'1" (185cm). - Medium: Length 71" x 31" (180cm x 78cm), better suited for women under 5'5" (170cm).

If you're unsure about the regular size, it's recommended to go for the larger option, as the mummy-style design is tailored to the human body with narrower shoulders but sufficient warmth.

The sleeping bag features a drawstring design at the neckline, effectively preventing cold air from entering and locking in warmth around your shoulders and neck.
